How do I upgrade to a paid plan?
Click the Subscribe button on the plan you want. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page — the whole process takes under a minute. Your account upgrades instantly on payment.
What's the money back guarantee?
If you're not happy within 14 days of subscribing, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked. Most upgrades come from free accounts so churn is very low, but we think it's the right thing to offer.
What does 'lock in' mean for Dealer Pro?
Sign up before 31 December 2026 and you'll pay £99/year for as long as you keep your subscription active. The price rises to £149/year for new subscribers in 2027.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and your billing will be prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What counts as a 'live listing'?
Any listing with an active status visible to the public. Expired or removed listings don't count toward your limit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
